By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or installing the Ahara Helper extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Service
Ahara Helper Tech Solutions provides client-side browser helper utilities designed to streamline data entry on Fair Price Shop management web portals. Ahara Helper is an independent software tool and is not an official government entity or authorized affiliate of the Department of Food and Civil Supplies.
3. License & Device Binding
Each subscription plan (Micro, Small, Medium, or Large) is valid for one active PC terminal device at a time. Users may request hardware transfers upon contacting support when upgrading or replacing their shop computers.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ahara Helper shall not be liable for any portal downtime, governmental server maintenance outages, or disruptions caused by external state infrastructure.
