1. Scope of Agreement
By subscribing to, installing, or requesting onboarding for the Ahara Helper browser extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the software.
2. License Grant & Terminal Restrictions
- Standard License: Subject to subscription activation (Monthly or Annual), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to run the Ahara Helper extension for your individual shop operations.
- Device Locking: Each subscription key binds strictly to **one terminal device**. You may not load the same license key onto multiple computers or share it with other shops.
- Device Reset Policy: If your system fails, you upgrade your hardware, or you reinstall your operating system, you must contact our support hotline (+91 91106 17650) to manually reset your key assignment. Annual plan subscribers get one free device reset per year.
3. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to:
- Resell, distribute, lease, or sideload modified copies of the extension code to third parties without prior authorization.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source files of the license validation checker or automated synchronization APIs.
- Use the utility for any fraudulent login or identity impersonation actions.
4. Site Dependency Disclaimer
Ahara Helper is an automation helper overlay. We do not represent or claim affiliation with the state food department, national informatics center, or portal administrations.
Because government portals periodically update their HTML codebase, login systems, captcha standards, or biometric guidelines, we cannot guarantee that the extension will operate uninterrupted forever. However, we actively deploy live selector hotfixes to restore utility functionality in response to portal updates.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Ahara Helper Tech Solutions, its developers, or support representatives be liable for shop revenue losses, administrative fines, ration distribution delays, or biometric hardware failures arising from state system downtime or extension issues.
